Senders receive bounced-back messages saying my mailbox is full

This issue is caused by the fact that your account's mail quota has been exceeded.

To solve this please log in your cPanel and go to Email Accounts. In the table "Current Accounts" you will find all your accounts and a link to change their quota. You have to increase it in order to fix the problem.
