The cPanel makes it rather easy to install scripts using QuickInstall, but if you are having difficulties, our Support Team can give you the help you need. If you wish to have a script installed on your hosting account, you will have to request it by posting a ticket to our Support Team. You can do this by following the steps below:

1. Login to your Client's Area

2. Click on "Support Tickets"

3. Click on "Submit Ticket"

4. Click on the "Script Installation" category.

5. Fill out the form

In "Directory for the script installation:" you will have to enter the subdirectory where you need your script installed. For example, if you wish your script to be accessible directly by your domain enter "public_html" or "root". If you have an addon domain or a subdomain enter its name in this field.

Fill out the rest of the form and click on "Submit" button. Very soon your application will be installed by our Script Installation specialists.
