What is the max file size I can upload through CPanel's FileManager?

The maximum file size which you can upload with cPanel's File manager is 25 MB. However it is not recommended to upload files bigger than 10 MB because the transfer may time out and corrupt the file.

Instead you are highly advised to use FTP for bigger file transfers.
