When I select Site Software from cPanel I get a message that says "No cPAddons configuration found. Please contact your host and ask that they configure cPAddons."

cPAddons is no longer available, as it's outdated and depreciated. You will need to use QuickInstall for all your script needs, or find similar scripts online.
